Thanks to the generosity of individual donors and corporate sponsors, all grief support groups at The Retreat are offered free of charge to the community.

We invite individuals and families to join the grief support groups at The Retreat at Quarters Lake, open to anyone in the community who has experienced loss. These groups provide a compassionate space to connect, share, and heal alongside others who understand. With a variety of group styles, times, and locations, both onsite and throughout Greater Baton Rouge, The Retreat offers accessible and inclusive support tailored to meet diverse needs, fostering comfort, guidance, and community.

Camp Conquer's New Home

Camp Conquer, a program that began with a private donation, now has its permanent home at The Retreat at Quarters Lake. This five-day camp is dedicated to children coping with the loss of a loved one, providing them with age-appropriate grief support services in a caring and supportive environment.
